What is the attack used in the Nappa cutscene?
In the cutscene where Vegeta and Goku use their beams, and the protagonist uses a kind of blue-green one handed beam attack, what is that beam the protagonist uses?

Kinda looks like Final shine attack, but it's never really confirmed anywhere.

Full power energy wave (I think)
Big Stick Energy 21. mars 2017 kl. 17.53
It looks most similar to Final Shine Attack, though as Iamcom said; it's not specified anywhere.

Thankyou. I wonder if there are any time patroller exclusive moves that none of the established characters have

Well they're exclusive now (except Murder Grenade and maybe Bending Kamehameha), but those attacks do come from the series. Focus Flash, Tail Slicer, and Wild Hunt are all from Vegeta. Tail Slicer was used to cut off Gohan's tail, Wild Hunt was used on Ginyu in Goku's body (which nearly screwed Vegeta), and Focus Flash is used in either the Frieza fight or the first fight he had with Cell. Bending Kamehameha is used by Goku against Raditz and might be on one of the first variations of Goku. Angry Explosion is an attack used by Majin Buu against Majin Vegeta. There is a variation of Nappa that uses the Murder Grenade too. Other new attacks such as Menacing Flare and Jumping Energy Wave come from Gohan and Krillin during the Saiyan Saga, which are likely more that you would name (though currently no variations use it).

I am assuming the OP means attacks that only the Time Patroller can use, that also never appeared in the series. Though they could be simply referring to attacks only the Time Patroller can have, despite appearing in the series which would make you partially correct.

Well, I never actually watched the series because the filler in the saiyan arc alone was tedious for me. I did watch TFS version but thats a parody and they cut a lot I presume

That is what I meant tho, I wanna get a unique set of attacks. I think probably it's only the dragonball wish moves that are unique

If I were to recommend DBZ to someone it'd have to be Kai, as much as I didn't mind the filler in the original I can see people disliking it. You just have to make sure to watch the right version, the uncut version (doesn't edit out blood or make a character blue, that nonsense).

The Roshi attacks are unique and not used by any characters though, as Roshi was the only one to use them (Turtle Hermit Style Last Resort/Thunder Shock Surprise and Lullaby Punch/Sleepy Boy Technique). Mind you, these a very situational attacks that will leave your opponent open. Another example of an attack is Go-Go Gum/Merry-Go-Round Gum, another attack that will force an opponent to stay still.

Any of the attacks made for Mira are technically not from the series itself. if that matters.

It is Final Shine Attack, I just looked at a showcase for both Full Power Energy Wave and Final Shine Attack. FPEW is orange in color so that's definitely not it. FSA has the right color AND the right animation
Here's a link to the video for FSA if you wanna see for yourself: https://youtu.be/Ks3J33RXfvU
