The Season Pass includes:
- New playable characters
- Episodes and quests
- Masters and master quests
- New stages
- Skills, costumes and accessories
Deluxe Edition and the Season Pass are basically the same ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ so there is no point to buy Deluxe, cause it's like 75 euros and the only thing you get from the Deluxe is the Season Pass. The rest is already included in the Standard Edition of the game.
Short said, when you buy the Deluxe, you get the Standard Edition with the Season Pass so the price is 75 euros. The Season Pass is around 25 euros which you can buy separately.
When the game was first released, the Deluxe Edition owners got Goku Black, but he is not included in the Deluxe Edition anymore.
As for the season pass, it currently gives access to the paid portion of the two released DLC packs. So you get a bit more story mode, some extra moves, 6 PQs and 4 characters. This is all aside from what the free portion of the DLC packs you and anyone with the base game get. The page promises access to two more yet unreleased DLC packs.
