Buying Season Pass will give access to all upcoming DLCs. You will not get Day One Edition, cause I think there is none and it's obviously not Day One. Deluxe gives you access to Future Trunks (Super) which is pretty big ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, cause you unlock him later in the game. You will also receive or probably a new driving vehicle. You will also gain access to new stages, costumes, masters...
The Season Pass includes:
- New playable characters
- Episodes and quests
- Masters and master quests
- New stages
- Skills, costumes and accessories

Deluxe Edition and the Season Pass are basically the same ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ so there is no point to buy Deluxe, cause it's like 75 euros and the only thing you get from the Deluxe is the Season Pass. The rest is already included in the Standard Edition of the game.

Short said, when you buy the Deluxe, you get the Standard Edition with the Season Pass so the price is 75 euros. The Season Pass is around 25 euros which you can buy separately.

When the game was first released, the Deluxe Edition owners got Goku Black, but he is not included in the Deluxe Edition anymore.

Let me correct a bit. Goku Black and the vehicle named Pai Pai stick were given to anyone who pre-purchased the game, be it deluxe or not. Deluxe only gives the season pass and access to DBS Future Trunks (the one with blue hair) at the start of the game. You unlock this character in the base game when finishing story mode. All Deluxe edition really gives is the game + season pass in a single package. If you already have the base game, you should buy season pass. If you want Goku Black and pai pai stick, buy the 5 dollar pre-order DLC which is currently available.

As for the season pass, it currently gives access to the paid portion of the two released DLC packs. So you get a bit more story mode, some extra moves, 6 PQs and 4 characters. This is all aside from what the free portion of the DLC packs you and anyone with the base game get. The page promises access to two more yet unreleased DLC packs.
