Try using the first Cac you completed story mode with. Had a similar issue last night using one of my other characters and it seemed to be because i wasnt at the level of completion with it yet... thiugh i was with my first cac

My first CAC was deleted about a month ago, but I've since done just about everything on this one. I'm not sure what to do here tbh.

Collected all the time eggs with deleted CAC, but completed the unkown history with current CAC. Deletion of first CAC was accidental.

What matters is at what stage of Guru's house you are at. IF the character you are using for it hasn't completed Guru's house to the point he upgrades Conton's dragon balls, then you need to prioritize that.

What matters is at what stage of Guru's house you are at. IF the character you are using for it hasn't completed Guru's house to the point he upgrades Conton's dragon balls, then you need to prioritize that.

Nail is telling me to go into the house and speak to Guru, but it won't let me in. That's the whole issue. I've done quests and get no prompts about Guru's house. I'm supposed to speak to him, but it won't let me.

I've done like 9+ quests and nothing. It's bugged or something.

Hm. I noted in your video that the music is that of when the Guru house is attacked. PERHAPS there's two events colliding there and may be a rather game breaking bug that may need reporting. OR, that's the Conton City BGM you had chosen? Also, have you tried to enter full offline?
