The New Way To Cheat

Hello everybody,
I hope you're all doing well, except for the cheaters, go die in a hole.
Now that we've got that out the way I'd like to elaborate on the title, cheating has changed.
Instead of using invincibility, or endless health/ki/stamina, cheaters have found a less obvious way to cheat. Editing the game files to make over-powered QQ-Bangs.
Every QQ-Bang should have as many negatives as it has positives, unless it's a very low tier QQ-Bang. Cheaters are now editing game files to give themselves boosted QQ-Bangs that allow them to have +5 or more on all or most stats. This basically gives them the ability to make a character on par with SSB Goku or Hit, 2 of the most powerful characters in the game.
This way it may look like cheaters are playing legit, but they have health/ki/stamina and all dmg stats maxed well beyond what is possible if you play legit. This allows them to completely dominate, as often cheaters aren't terrible players, they're just lazy and good for nothing.
I'd like to think Bamco will do something about this, but let's not kid ourselves, there will most likely be no fix.
Sadly, you cannot detect this before a lobby based match, but you can find out afterwards by going to the menu option 'players met' and viewing their QQ-Bang stats post match.
I don't know if people have posted about this before, but I only recently started playing the game again, ahead of the upcoming DLC, and I thought I'd let you all know and explain as best I could.

Just to add, many of people who used obvious cheats before have swapped to this and have therefore unprivated their profiles, so sadly that can no longer be used as a guaranteed way to spot a cheater. Many top tier players have also started using this new way to cheat, so it's best to avoid them also.

No, that is impossible, all QQ-Bangs have as many negatives as positives, anyone that told you otherwise is a liar.

This is incorrect, while a +5 qq bang to all stats is impossible as far as unknown without cheating you can have up to +6 positives over negatives. I.e. +15 positive and -9 negative or any combination like that. Also the game, I thought, had a built in anti cheat for this meaning you couldn't go online if your qqbang was higher than +6 total positives above your total negatives.

"Every" QQ bang ever exists in the game, from all -5s to all +5s. There's just no formula which makes it happen. While the crafting itself is randomized, there is a bit of formula to the equation. For example, if you mix 2 of the same stat items together, you're very likely to get the same stat combination in a QQ. Not always, but alot of the time. Meanwhile, if you get 2 pieces of clothing that have +5 and -5 in all opposite stats to eachother, it creates a scenario where you could end up with any 3 +5s and 3 -5s combination QQ possible.

So, in order to get an all +5 QQ, you just need to mix 2 clothing items with 3 +5 stats... And no negatives. So, a clothing item with +5 in health, stamina, and Ki, and another clothing item with +5 basic, strike, and blasts.

Now, as you may have likely deduced by now... No such clothing items exist. All rank 5 items have equal positive and negative stats, so all +5s are not possible. The groundwork to make them is there. The all +5 QQ bang is an item file in the game. Fun bonus fact, the Beta jacket from the console only open beta exists in the PC version, and can be bought with mods and worn without issue.

What cheaters are doing is simple. Forcing the QQ crafting result with some kind of cheat injector thingies. They're not creating the perfect QQ, they're just using an injector which changes the result of their craft into that specific piece.

Nah... technically not. "Not" in the sense that traditional counters to disable them remain the same. Perform body change and nullify their advantage.

The new theme is to use modded items to raise stats to levels far beyond those that qqbangs can provide in any circumstance. So much so that you might end up getting one-shot before you can do anything about it.

A full +5 QQ bang offers a very small buff to attack stats and health. Not really enough for most low tier cheaters to win a proper match. Plus all that stamina will make them suffer more when stamina broken. What I've seen is modded super souls like one aptly named God mode, which buffs stats, makes the player immune to status effects and adds super armor. They won't need to turn on CE with such a soul at their disposal.

I got QQ-Bangs with less negative than positive many times. They aren't considered 5 star, but +4 QQ Bang is legit for sure.

Suuuure cheaters just gona stay there like 3 seconds, and thinking. What this guy wants? Beside super armor gives immunity to it. You can have it by modded super soul, or fighting pose K. Unless the enemy (not just cheater) is totally braindead he gona break your stamina, and DESTROY you. I love how often people say. Just body change. Like it was some kind of instant move.

It's called, combo'ing into it.... the heavy stamina smash is rather useful for body changing.
Also I'm aware of the following:
OHKO makes body change unlikely unless they're dumb.
The high basic atk damage buffs from modded super souls make you much less affording to mistakes.
And I already know about stagger immunity cancelling it.

Nevertheless, you can still guard break other cases even if they use infinite stamina. And it's still the best non-cheat method of countering cheat engine users if and only if you bother trying to beat them.

If you run into the specific cases where you surely won't get the combo in time, or they're immune, just ALT-F4 and screw the rank points or wasting the time with them. The sentiment you have is understandable

A few of you misread. As ryuoko said, they buff beyond +5, but because +5 is max ingame it is still registered as such. However, if you look at their stats you'll see they outclass even Goku SSB.

Game doesn't register that, sadly they can get away with it no problem.

Sure it's random,but the idea was for qqbangs to be balanced. Just because all +5 exist doesnt mean players are supposed to be able to access it. I myself have spent ages mixing, best i got was 3*+5/3*-5.

The problem with Body Change is that if you do swap them and they see hey are gonna lose they turn on God Mode anyways and get full HP/invincibility and laugh in your face
