Attribute Points for 90 to 95

I really like being able to challenge most anyone, since whenever a level cap comes out everyone rushes to that level and you can't challenge people who haven't reached the level cap yet. So my question is, how many attribute points do you get from level 90 to level 95? Is it worth not being able to challenge people lower than 95, especially as a mainly PVP player?

I hate being challanged by people and they take me to an all werial map (Planet Vegeta Space, Earth Space, Sky etc.) So yea I wish I could challange anyone at who is within 10 levels of me.

Yeah exactly, I have no idea why they have to be a lower level, poor thinking on the devs end imho. Do you know how many attribute points you get though going to 95?
