No he is not. When DLC 4 comes out in late June, Zamasu is going to be a mentor and most likely you will have to fight Zamasu and Goku Black in a mission.

were did u get all this from hmm cause i find that as BS there wa sno info that trunks wouldbe a chars to unlock only char would ben vegito blue and merg zamatsu and some other stuff but buuhan yea right dude were did bandai say this or did some guy say i think this what we get

A lot was found out recently from a Weekly Shonen Jump magazine, which has a content list and shows the SSj4 Costume. There will be 3 new PQs, 5 new attacks, 6 new super souls, another costume besides SSj4, and a 2 accessories (unsure if 1 is part of the SSj4 costume).

Data-miners have found data for Rage Trunks to be added as a variation to the DBS Trunks and they have released images hinting to this fact. Data-miners have also found dailogue for Zamasu that suggests he will be a mentor.

Buuhan I have heard nothing about and it seems like wishful thinking (which I guess I share).

Mutated Merged Zamasu isn't confirmed playable my dudes, don't spread false info. If you're talking about the datamined info that says Corrupt Merged Zamasu that's just the corrupt villian stuff for the story, not actually Mutated Zamasu from the Anime. If he does turn out to be playable Bandai will say it.

Even if we get Mutated Merged Zamasu's model, we PC players can still play as him ;)
