Doesn't really feel like its missing anything, and it runs perfectly stable for me even with lots of volumes.
MagicaVoxel has no fees, and assets are easily imported to Unity/UE4 from there.
Incredibly lame. The creator has gone dead silent, but he used to be pretty present back when he did the releases. We know "it" as Minddesk, but back then it was really just one guy posting updates & doing all the work.
Smells like the typical scenario of "dude made tons of money, doesn't care anymore" ... I would be more than happy to be proven wrong.
