Decisive Campaigns: Barbarossa

Decisive Campaigns: Barbarossa

This or Case Blue?
Tbh I was interested with all the DC series especially the Ardennes one, but I think the eastern-front is not something to be missed out, so what do you think? I do love both themes but my money just screaming like a crazy b****.

Both, Barbarossa has a lot of role playing aspects to the game and is the most unique of all the Decisive campaign games. Case Blue has more of a military edge to it which offers some interesting opportunities for both sides. Really, either one are a good buy, together they are a great buy.

Interesting, I think I'm grabbing the Case Blue first (since it's cheaper lol), and how about the Blitzkrieg? Still good?

It is the first in the Decisive campaign series and is also a good choice, although I would put it at the bottom of my favorite campaigns. I'd rank in terms of personal preference: Barbarossa, Case Blue, Ardennes, and Blitzkrieg.

this has more rpg elements and you truly feel like a commander on the front, case blue is good but cumbersome in some aspects, not because of the game itself but because of the time period and the state of the german army you are reliving,

in my opinion DCB is the pinnacle and we are likely never going to see one as good again because cameron isnt working with viv anymore, which is tragic because dcb is one of best wargames ever made and they did it together
