Double UV'S
Hello. Sometimes the UV's of the models I imported in Substance Painter look like this https://gyazo.com/446cb7d23d83b9019aa506ac152b37cb.jpg
and I am not able to paint on them.
Does anyone know a fix for this problem?

Where are the double UVs? I only see 6 UV shells.

I suppose currently the Normal map aren't in the 0-1 tile space, but 1-0.

Sorry, I don't understand what you mean. Can you screenshot the entire screen so we get a better view?

Looks like UDIM, you enabled that when make new project? It seems you can't disable UDIM once you made it, so you will need to remake project and disable it from start.

It's disabled in that project. When I enable it and try to import the model, I get the error

[Scene 3D] Failed to load 3D scene.
Errors have been found while splitting meshes per UDIM tile:

Substance Painter by default will only read UV in the 0-1 UV range, if UDIM is not selected.
So in the current scene, his UV is in the 1-0 UV range. The greyed-zone is the 0-1 UV range. That maybe his current model has more than 1 texture sets (e.g. dino_body, dino_legs), that is spreads across the UV range. In order for it to read beyond, UDIM have to be selected. So instead of the each texture sets, to be 0-1, 1-2, 2-3. for each sets. Substance Painter will recognise it has a single texture set, and all will be snap to 0-1 UV range. So you get to paint them for each part.

Now when he enabled the UDIM feature, there's an error. So most probably one of the vertex in his model has been snapped across multiple tiles. Notice most of the coordinates are around the -0.3 U range. So he has to cleanup in the 3D software to fix the unwrapping, and reexport the model into Substance Painter.
