Failing to export non-square textures since update.

Since the update substance painter seems not to be able to export textures in non-square format as It used to be before.

Even reopened older projects (wich I used non-square textures with) and now even if I select the correct document size (2048X1024) and export them at document size (2048X1024) the generated files are still square format (2048X2048).

Am I missing something or there are some new features\way to do that?
