Turn off turn off when rendering I-Ray
Is there a way to turn off texture sets when rendering I-Ray?

I have a model that is encompassed inside a sphere, I haven't textured the sphere yet and want to view the work I've done so far, but the sphere is rendered even though it is not selected in the texture set (which of course is unpainted and nothing else is visible.)

If it is not possible in SP2, it would be a great feature to add!

You can try masking the sphere and turning off visibility.
If it's in a separate TextureSet you can just turn that off.
If it's not, you can try setting it to transparent while you work on other things.

Yeah, I had to set up an opacity channel and turn it to transparent alpha then add a shader that had alpha blending to hide it. Just turning off the texture set does not stop it from being passed to the I-Ray render (which would be a much simpler solution!.)
