Part 2 - Case #6 Puzzle 1 :: Issue

There are at least three different names for the library located at the coordinates on the documents "top secret" stamp. And Quantum isn't having any of the ones I've submitted. Either I'm not supposed to list Biblioteka Narodowa, Polish National Library, Warsaw Library as the answer or there's another name that doesn't show up in google or bing. I doubt It's Bistro Recto.

My Main point is if the damn thing has more than one name, then any of those names should work or at the very least have the damned npc's steer us in the right direction when they tell us it's the wrong answer.

from part II, each case just needs one answer while the 10 puzzles are like clues.
So to solve case 6, you can open all 10 puzzles. Connect the dots and send the answer.
