How to join multiplayer in Titan Quest or Titan Quest: Immortal Throne (please help)

I want join multiplayer in Titan Quest but there is problem,I can´t see servers :(

Gamespy has been discontinued thus why you arent seeing any servers.
The Devs are working on the problem.
