Save Directory?

Where's the save file directory? i'll be playing this on two different PCs and i'd like to be able to transfer my save files. Thank you in advance.

Here you go, in the adventure mode it's a folder here

\steamapps\common\To Ash\To Ash ADVENTURE MODE\save

and in the regular mode it's here

\steamapps\common\To Ash\To Ash FULL MODE\save
