Why do things appear on Early Access "new release" but you can't buy them?

Its been April since the Dev last tested it. I would guess its been shelved or its dead.

Because almost re-create the game, so we delayed the release date.

Lol, I saw this thread, I red the first messages, thinking it was from 2018, so pretty recent, but I notice it was from last year xD

So what's up? Problems again?
It's always frustrating and all when you see nice images and description, but then you see messages like "there's been some problems" or "had to re-create the game"...
So now the pictures and all might be a bit out dated xD

It can even be dead, who knows.
Steam should change their policy a bit to avoid that, I don't know.
I mean, if a game needs to be redone from the begining, it's not good at all.
IMO, it should be removed from Steam until it's actually redone.
Because otherwise anyone can come and submit some stuff, and then, whatever happens, it will stay, even if it changes completely?

Also it seems this game is like one year late. I don't know if I can trust projects like that.
Well, at least, it's never been available for purchase, so not much reason to really complain I guess.
But, what I see on the store page is very interesting for me so I hope it will become reality at some point.
