Problem with Controls

When I start the game, the character just takes off in a random direction. The down arrow does not work at all, and all I can do is occasionally stop her from automatically moving in some random direction.

Hi, I'm sorry for the late reply.
Have you tried to exit the game and re-open it again? This problem is strange and probably was caused by some element from the PC.

It has been consistent. Every time I start it up, it does it again. Sometimes in a different direction. But always stuck. Thanks for the reply.
