Can't open game. Freeze after showing the first's company logo

Like the title says, i can't play the game at all. I click the 'play' button, the first logo shows up... and then 'Blasting Agent stopped working'.
I thought that it was simply bad luck, so i tried again. And the message appear once more.
Is there any solution to this? My computer is running Windows 7, if that info is necesary.
