Why My Account Being Suspended For Violation Of TOS?

As per subject, I have being playing since 2018 via STEAM only, SOLO game play, collecting cards for fun reason and have not ever abuse any game play with / to other players. How am I suppose to violate the game TOS ?

Guys, please advise me and anyone has the same experience?

For your info, I have just received the suspension message today as I log in everyday in the usual way. I did send contact via the Shadowverse's website, but they have no respond yet.

To All Shadowverse Players Whom Playing Via Steam,

As per the subject, this might be happening to you.
Take note and stay safe.

The Shadowverse admin has replied me stating that they confidently CONFIRMED I have violated the Term Of Services (TOS) and will not disclose what did I violated. I have replied them accordingly and waitng for their further assistance.

For you info, I have been playing Shadowverse via Steam ONLY since 2018. I only played SOLO, daily login, few friendly matches, card collection, deck building and technically it is impossible to do anything stupid to violate the Term Of Services.

Suddenly, I am been banned for violating the Term Of Services on 20 Feb 2023 for no reason disclosed. Anyone who has the same experiences, please share out.

Did you ever have multiple disconnections from matches? I know I've gotten warnings for disconnecting when my internet died previously.

I just banned recently and I did not play any matches during past 6 months.
I do not think that happened to me.

Past 6 months was busy with real life works.
Most of the time, I just log in for the rewards, open packs, recycle additional cards and make some competitive decks. That's all.

Same for me, playing only solo and my account is suspended since the 02/20/2023's patch.

They respond the same answer as you, they confirmed i have violated the TOS but give me no clue (and no solution).

I play since 2018 as u, never in pvp.

Anyone who knows yourself are being wrongly accused on violation of Term Of Services, please tweet something there to save this game.

I may have lost this game, but still hope the best for them in future.

I push them to give me the reasons and they still telling that they don't have to give the causes of suspension.

I think that's because i NEVER put real money in the game.
Sad, that was a good game.

Hi Zubro, we shared the same good feelings about the game.
Unfortunately, being punished for unjustified reason (5 years+ with the game), it's time to move on with other TCGs and CCGs.
They have replied me 4 times with the exact same words in the email.
It is seems to me that they already do not care about me.
The last email, I had to reply, what do you need to assist me to un-suspend my account.
Just imagine it yourself ya...
Stay strong, stay happy and do not self-pity yourself for being treated this way.

It's still a free to play game.
Thus, that is not the reason you are being suspended.
Probably something to do with, entering a match with real player and disconnect...
But I have not played with any players since 2020.
Maybe... maybe in 2018 or 2019, but less than 5 matches...
Even disconnected, it's the internet problem...
There are so many things I can think of, 100% none in cheating.

This is really stupid. Do you really still need to ask for a reason ?

Anyway, they refused to assist. The End.
I do not blame the game (Shadowverse) but I will put everything on that company.
I'll make sure to stay away from all Cygames's games, cause I am so scare of them.

I have played this game since before Portalcraft was ever a Class, I'm AA rank, I've constantly lost Ranked Matches and I've not once been suspended or banned. So if you were suspended then it was something YOU did, they wouldn't just suspend for no reason.

You've played against another Player before in either Unranked or Ranked. as for my post? i apologize if it sounded like I was making fun of you that wasn't my intention. II was explaining how much I've done and have not been suspended once and I've rage quit myself during a couple of Ranked matches and I've never been hit. So if you're right and you weren't cheating, stalling for time (aka letting the timer run out instead of hitting End Turn), or spamming the emotes sayings when you left-click over your Leader then who knows. Maybe CyGames is a corrupt Company but we don't know. Could be someone you played against false reported you and CyGames didn't look into it before banning you. Sorry you got hit friend. Can you provide a Screenshot as to what the suspension message looks like?

It's the same screen everyone is receiving playing Shadowverse via STEAM.
When you trying to login at the intro screen. It's pop up.
I just wanna to know why I was suspended.

If you already concluded I violated the TOS, there is nothing for me to comment anymore.

To be fair, I cannot recall what happens in 2018 or 2019.
But I am definitely not involved in any game play that manipulate ranking.
If you been through such situation, any further details beyond this point are pointless.
Instead the back-end Shadowverse team should investigate fairly and carefully before suspending any players.

I email and replied the Shadowverse Team for 4 times.
They replied me with the same emails with exact same words.
I went Shadowverse discord, message those admin for help. Everyone ignored.
I posted on Shadowverse Twiter, everyone ignored me too.
When I posted here, I already knew there is no turning back.
I wanna see it with my own eyes on what sort of accusation they have for me.

You goggle and read REDDIT back to year 2018-2020. They have been doing the same things to the players. When I read those posting, I have the same mind like yours. They must have done something wrong until this happened to me now.

Typing something in guild chat with bad language?

How to type banned language in Shadowverse 101 =

Put a period in the word

the word master is banned in chat, instead type mas.ter
Things like that....

I doubt disconnecting is an issue. People rage quit all the time or have bad connections.
