Link to same account on multiple PC

I have 3 computers, PC_A, PC_B, and a MAC. PC_A and MAC are pretty old, so..

I installed and played the game (steam) on PC_A for for 5 mins, to make sure it runs.
I didn't do anything on PC_B.
I installed and played the game (steam) on MAC for 5 mins, to make sure it runs.

I installed and played the game on my smartphone, linked it to my Google Account, and use device link to linked it to PC_A. That is, link to the steam account (I suppose).
Game progress on PC_A is syncing with my smartphone, which is good.

I installed the game (steam) on PC_B for the first time. After starting the game, it automatically syncs with PC_A and smartphone, which is good.

Now the problem is, on my MAC, every time I start the game, it shows "Error, Game data can only be linked to one PC account". I cannot even enter the main menu. Wherever I click it shows the same error message. I can do nothing but close the game on MAC.
I reinstalled steam, reinstalled the game on MAC, but I am still having the same error message.

I supposed that this problem occurs because I played on my MAC before I link my steam account via PC_A to my smartphone. But it makes no sense because PC_A, PC_B and MAC and using the same steam account, and there are no other steam account except for mine on all these devices.

So the question is :
Is there anyway I can clear the game progress on my MAC? I want it to sync to my steam account progress like PC_A and PC_B.

Just had the same bug on 2 windows PCs. I linked the game data from smartphone on PC1. But when I did the same on PC2 it showed "Error, Game data can only be linked to one PC account".

How I fixed it:
On PC2 in Shadowverse's Main Menu I clicked Clear Cache. Then closed down the game and steam. Opened the steam, in games library right click on Shadowverse=>Properties=>verify integrity of game cache. Wait until completed. Click Play. In the game link data worked fine.

Worked for me. Don't know much about MAC.
