Why japanese SW community is so toxic?
I started noticing that a lot actually. Lots of them bm you every single turn, while playing some stupid garuda haven or banner sword ("sorry" i droped aria on 2, "well played" i droped bird on 3, "i will liberate you" priest on 4). Eventully losing, giving you turn and dc so you're forced to watch that very fun and interactive 90 second timeout window over and over. And if they somehow are able to win, oh yes baby, that finisher bm gonna happen for at least two minutes. I even stayed once to watch it out, would give it 2/10 for creativity. Game after game after game same things happen. I kinda have feeling they expect to win every single game by bringing optimized deck on low tier ladder and start feeling really salty for not being able to win easly.

Because iirc there is a disconnection bug where your game has a chance to be a counted as a win even if you lost.

I doubt that every single of them is such experienced buguser that they all try to exploit something. And i never got a lose because of that. But who knows..

My experience says: europeans and muricans are more toxic

I hate the "I've won but I'm going to spend forever trying to do as much damage as possible" people.

I get it far more in Hearthstone, but it still happens in Shadowverse and it really annoys me, because it's the ultimate sore winner move. You've won, 1 action and game is over so why do you have to waste so much time buffing your followers?

Go into options and disable opponent emotes if it bugs you.
Though, there is no better feeling than counter bm'ing a bm'ing opponent.

I don't think using the emotes is BMing, but it can be BMing. Sometimes i use some emotes too and yesterday i played against a japanese guy who was saying sorry and using other emotes too. I actually don't mind.

I think it's dumb just to delay the end, but you can always quit if you notice the guy will keep making fun of you when you already lost.

I think most japanese guys play the game on thier cellphones so when they are about to lose they just close the game. It's very easy and fast to close the game on the smartphone so i think some of them just do that.

- Because most of the community of the game is japanese
- Because part of the people displayed with japanese names/flags aren't japanese

the only real possible toxic behavior is playing an annoying ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ deck. leaving and making you wait is not exactly toxic and ive also only encountered it a few times.

well i can argue whatever its toxic or not but its definetly a bad sportmanship. I mean you see that your opponent has lethal next turn and you can't prevent it anyway. What normal player will do? Concede and move along or play the best way he can or skip turn and allow them to finish you. What toxic player does? He passes you turn then immediately disconnects to force "waiting for result" window on you. Not the proper way to finish the match at all.

Disabled emotes from the start. There's no real gain from it anyway.

This goes both ways. When it comes to top played deck you either have people who have been genuinely playing that deck type since start or people who want to win and switched to that deck. Obviously you are going to be very salty and toxic if your new cool deck isn't getting you any wins and that is why BMs happen, they need a way to boost their self esteem.

On another topic, you can remain young forever if you feed on the despair of garuda ♥♥♥♥♥ when you have secured a win and make sure they enjoy every single delayed second on it.

I have fun playing against them, in my match 60% of ♥♥♥♥ player dced and I get free win, 90 sec is nothing

Using emotes is just fun, just like in HS you can squelch them but it's permanent until you enable them on settings. And then, you can just concede if you see they are spending ages doing their turn. The opponent can play how they want, Japanese players probably BM more because they are a larger player base in the game, so you see them more often.

A lot of the people with the Japanese flags may just be western weebs who like to pretend they're Japanese
