from time to time I like to post some good budget decks, here I have a budget deck for rotation based around Mysteria for Runecraft.

if you have 1 or 2 Mysteria, Magic founder (Legendary) you can exchange Mr Bertrand for it but you don't need that legendary for this deck to work.
