Im stuck
I dont know how to progress with this game. My deck and cards are just weak and its pretty impossible to win. I've made progress on improvement but it just doesnt stand up. I'm probably the worst player in the game losing 99 games out of 100.

My question, how exactly are you suppose to build your decks? 3500 vials for 1 card isnt going to work...it would be a severe understatement to say its not even remotely practical.

Have you gotten all the free stuff you can get first?

Try and build with whatever cards you pull from packs and using popular deck lists to get by.
https://shadowverse.gamepress.gg/class/bloodcraft

aggro decks are good if you strapped for resources since you only need to worry about winning or losing by turn 7.

Im not much for grind, I went through chapter 1 with forest and sword then just concentrated on playing forest. I feel stuck because I cant get any new cards. Random draft from new decks just doesnt cut it, they give you cards across all classes. You sell a card its 10-50. you buy a card its 3500.

...

I play rotation. i dont know how this works. the cards in your link cost 5950 for a cheap deck apparently. and have cards that cost 3500 to craft.

Thank you though. Its a good resource for ideas.

Unlimited is usually cheaper (much cheaper in fact) than rotation decks. Mysteria is an exception, but it still requires many copies of gold,so you can try that.

A good, cheap deck to use for unlimited right now is probably midshadow and aggro sword btw. Holy mage works too.

You'll either spend time or money on this game to get good cards.

For forest with a few thousand vials you can make an old budget rhinoceroach deck.
2x water fairy
3x elf child may
3x nature's guidance
2x fairy circle
3x airbound barrage
3x evelisia the fallen
3x fairy bringer
3x Rhinoceroach
3x Paula, Icy Warmth
3x Elf Song
3x wood of Brambles
3x Purehearted Singer
3x Beetle Warrior
3x ivy Spellbomb
If you don't want to make Paulas then maybe use dungeon crawl fairy or whatever else you have to return to the hand. Make substitutions for the expensive cards you can't get. If you draw roach you might win around turn 7.

Look up a budget deck for sword.

How many vials do you have if you liquedate all extras?
FinalBreath 5 ENE 2019 a las 2:28 p. m.
just liquidated all extras. stand at 1990 vials.

Given how much time I have invested in this game already I would probably spend some money as payback. Any suggestions on whats worthwhile? My aim would be to get some cards that are more 'effective'. Right now my cards just arent pulling their weight given the cost to play them.
Habertod 5 ENE 2019 a las 2:53 p. m.
did you finish all stories? did you beat all expert AI?
that's a lot of gold.
FinalBreath 5 ENE 2019 a las 3:48 p. m.
Have only done chapter 1 on forest and swordcraft. My fault I dont have much I guess. Just didnt want to go through the others. Its probably worth while, but I figure I'd gather what they do by just playing against opponents anyway, and I just want to concentrate on one or two classes.
I
want a set of cards and refine my deck. This is the experience I want to get from this game. I have bought probably 30 packs from rupies and login ticket rewards. I got maybe 1 or 2 forest legendaries lol...nothing that will change the tidings of my game. The latest pack feels pretty weak for forest. Sad life.

I gather I'm pretty dumb but at least you cant blame me for trying?

Forest is in a really bad spot right now.
You can always go to missions change in the top right mission tab to "Solo mission"
won't give as much but you will be earning gold while you only have to fight "beginner AI" in "Practice mode".

As for decks, aggro decks tend to be the best for beginners is just that the format has become a whole lot better at control that you might not win much in rotation. Keep in mind:
Rotation = more expensive decks, lack of variety, smaller cardpool, slower format
Unlimited = cheaper decks, more variey/obnoxious decks, larger cardpool, faster format

Manage your gold/vials wisely don't believe others when they say that decks need certain expensive cards to function. In a month of farming ai for gold + events you should have around 10k gold. then you just do all the events after that and you should be rewarded 30-50 packs of the expansion to buy the mini expansion and you won't need to spend gold unless you want to.

Im not much for grind,

I'm sorry for having to say that but then a CCG is maybe not the right kind of game for you.
Every single one of the CCGs I have played require you to either grind or spend quite some money (or both) to get to a point where you really notice a power improvement.
It's the Hearthstone formula and it's the genre standard.

On the other hand, by concentrating on one or two classes you are going the optimal way for a free2play approach.
The most important aspect is to dust / liquify ALL cards you get for unwanted classes and then use the vials to build cheap powerful cards for your favorite class(es).

If you want a power jump without experimenting with deck building yourself, then use the "budget killer deck" links others gave you or google it for yourself.
I normally condemn killer deck netdecking as I hate it (in Shadowverse it's one of the reasons why multiplayer is such a pain in the a$$ and almost unplayable for fun IMO) but in your case I would recommend it.

Btw. I can recommend Eternal The Card Game if you want to play a CCG which is not netdecking infested. It has a way bigger singleplayer portion and is more generous in the long run.
Habertod 6 ENE 2019 a las 6:47 a. m.
eternal card game is much much much much much much more grind than shadowverse.
but the PvE is a lot better, thats true.

scammers know nothing because they are fake jack of all trades ;v i will be supprised if this one win the worldcup
FinalBreath 7 ENE 2019 a las 12:35 a. m.
I sold all bronze cards from 6 classes except Forest and Sword. Bought some 200 and 50 cards.
I now have 4 different decks of forest that I find quite decent - meaning I dont lose all my games. Its far from best but I'm happy.
FinalBreath 7 ENE 2019 a las 12:35 a. m.
anyone want to criticize?
MekaKamiyama 7 ENE 2019 a las 11:10 a. m.
Baldr I'd recommend you don't play rank too much with your resources spent. Increasing your rank will make your opponents more and more difficult. Unless your sticking with solo daily missions while you get more resources.
