You might just have bad matchups. Besides I don't find many people playing Natura Shadow and Machina Blood much less Spellboost Rune.
Do you have Thoth for Nautra Shadow? That card is the win Condition for Natura Shadow. Mono for Machina Blood, and with spellboost Rune... the only thing I'm thinking about is to have the two storm cards that decreases there cost with each spell.
Also, the way you said what types of decks you're using you might be playing aggro and combo players. Why I said this? Well, because your decks might be more control-oriented, especially Rune. Also, with Natura Shadow you have to have plenty of followers and amulets with Last Words effects to even activate Thoth's effect (that carrot card would be good fot that deck). It's not an easy feat to achieve. Same for Machina Blood: you have to have a lot of machina cards to activate Mono's effect. I mean, it's doable, but Machina Blood's prblem is that if your opponent have followers with wards or they have too much life for you to finish them with Mono or they pressure you then it'll be unwise to play Mono unless you have a reserve or two in your hand.
Might want to tweak your deck so it can at least be more proactive (not aggro or midrange, but it can answer more of your opponent's cards).
Hope this helps!
