There is no option to mute the music during downloads.

don't ask me, personally iv'e always thought it was stupid especially with how long the download time can get now that the game's been out for a few years and a lot's been added to it

Did you just make that ♥♥♥♥ up? It doesn't do anything... Well, not on my computer anyway. Do you have a link that shows how the F keys are suppose to mute a window?

Well since you know when maintenance is scheduled you can go to options and turn all of the sound to 0 before the next one.
