Might not of happened to you but it is happening more and more to players with good strong internet connections. Starting to think it is players who decide to use DDOS attacks.
I still wouldnt put it past players these days to use DDOS attack to get an advantage. Hell , hearthstone was having this issue for a while. players using DDOS programs to force disconnects on opponents side.
Most of HS's DDOS problems were unrelated to HS itself, but rather WoW updates/private server shutdowns/etc where some upset party would pay for a botnet.
you'll care when you get stuck at this screen for 15 minutes, give up, close the game and get a loss

people are starting to abuse the ♥♥♥♥ out of this bug and I hear it is actually bannable if you report with screenshot / name / userID through the contact page
