Bug/Issue Reports is a dead sub forum, so I thought I'd address it here. Just got denied a win outright because my opponent disconnected. Timer ran past 90 seconds, and I was stuck in a loading screen for a good 15 minutes. When I was forced to close and reopen the client, my win wasn't recorded, and I lost points.

This is really demoralizing when attempting to grind ranked. I don't want to have to risk having to play extra games because my opponent doesn't want to take the loss fair and square.

I really hope the Shadowverse team fixes this. I've been having a great time with this game over Hearthstone, and don't want my wins that I've been recording since late B rank to all go to waste because of disconnectors.

Might not of happened to you but it is happening more and more to players with good strong internet connections. Starting to think it is players who decide to use DDOS attacks.

No, its a known issue for months but is sporadic (server issue, so the disconnector has no control over it). I imagine it'll be fixed around the same time they have a reconnect update.

I still wouldnt put it past players these days to use DDOS attack to get an advantage. Hell , hearthstone was having this issue for a while. players using DDOS programs to force disconnects on opponents side.

Most of HS's DDOS problems were unrelated to HS itself, but rather WoW updates/private server shutdowns/etc where some upset party would pay for a botnet.

people are starting to abuse the ♥♥♥♥ out of this bug and I hear it is actually bannable if you report with screenshot / name / userID through the contact page
