DEVS: VR?
I want to play this game but it doesn't currently support my hardware. That means, in order to play stereo-scopically seated at my computer using keyboard / mouse / gamepad I would have to use 3rd party software.

Is there any way to introduce hardware support for VR headsets? You would be future-proofing this title (since VR gamers never play using monitor) and opening your market up to those of us using newer tech (without the headaches of setting up the game using third party software).

The "VRGIN VR injection framework for Unity" mod works pretty well with this game enabling full native vr. The only drawback is the imperfect hud, but with a little effort it is possible to interact with the environment and characters. I went through the whole game that way. Playing Blackwood Crossing in VR is an exceptional experience.

On github. Google "github.com/Eusth/VRGIN.Template/releasesy". Download "VRGIN.Template v1.1" zip file. It is enough to extract it to the main game folder and drag Blackwood Crossing.exe to IPA.exe (red syringe icon). Then, you must start the game with the shortcut to which you add "--vr". Example (path to game ...Blackwood Crossing.exe" --vr). Then, when you're in the game, in vr, use the gamepad R-Stick Up Down to select interactive points, trying to notice when the dot changes shape which means that the object or character is selected.
As I said, it's not the most convenient, but it's completely playable in vr that way.. And it's worth the effort.
