Is this working on Windows 11?

I got a GOG copy of the game and it won't launch at all. The resolution fix only works in the first game. The only solution I've heard regarding the game not launching was the compatibility fix but that option doesn't exist since windows 8.

I can't believe I've spent my whole day trying to run this game.
I'll try to grab the steam ver. tomorrow, if that still doesn't work I will give up.
I already wasted too much time on this sh*t!

Update: Got the game working now. I forgot to tell that I'm playing on a ROG Ally.
For some reason the game just won't launch if I'm not using an external monitor.
