Zombies in Full Spectrum Ten Hammers!!!???

So...i'm currently playing the level where you go through the monastery and i get up to the gate part just before advancing the tunnel and around the buildings in the distance i spot a guy limping with ripped clothes and blood everywhere with GREEN SKIN and has one arm up stiff...
WTF?? then i like glitches out!

has anyone encountered this?

Yeah I just did it too!!!
I played the game first time ten years ago and didn't find stuff like this. Until today when fighting this same level and was controlling my bravo team on second floor window, suddenly radio says 'creepy' from my alpha downstairs, swithed to alpha and watched this zombie walked by! Tried to shoot him but soldier says 'there's civilian' and wouldn't fire. then the zombie walked towards the wall and dissapear.
Tried to encounter him again by playing the level again but never found him anymore...

creepy and weird glad im not the only one whos witnessed this o-o i wonder whats the story behind it. T-virus? haha. this is making me interested in playing it again hmm
