How to run on Meta Quest 3 (if possible)?

Hi, short question. Does it run on meta quest 3? And if, how can I start it? Thank you.

Do you mean "does it run over Link/Virtual Desktop?" or do you mean "does it run natively on a standalone Q3?". If the latter then the answer is "No Steam VR apps do - they all require a PC".

It's a free app so if you do have a VR capable PC - why not just try it?

I have started my Oculus-SW and the MQ3 is connected. I have also started Steam VR and told Steam/Realities I was using an Oculus Rift, because HTC seemed wrong. It alwasy tells me, my hardware is not supported. I also own, but have not used Virtual Desktop inside my MQ3. Thank you.

OK. In general have you figured out how to run any PC VR titles on the Quest? I'm trying to work out if you're asking "How do I run Realities specifically?" vs "How do I do PC VR on the Quest?".

Hi Andy. I would like to know, how I can get Realties running on my Quest3. Which programs will I have to start? Oculus Software? Stream VR? Virtual Desktop (I have both, PC and Quest)? All of them? And then, how do I start it from inside VR? I tried with Virtual Desktop and it only flashed for a second and then aborted again. I guess, the best would be a short manual, which I cannot find online. Thank you for your support.

Can you run *any* PC VR apps on your Quest? I'm still not clear whether you've having specific issues with this app or you're just trying to learn how to run PC VR apps using a Quest. If it's the latter then there's tons of guides available - just try the Quest subreddit or google for it.

Once you have that working in the general sense - then you can come back here if Realities itself is giving you problems.

It is as simple as that: I have Realities on my Windows PC with Steam. I told Steam, I was using an Oculus Rift (MQ3 cannot be selected). I am the owner of Steam VR and Vritual Desktop if these are necessary. Which will I have to start when to get Realities running? Or otherwise: How do you do it?

Just do exactly the same thing you do to run Alyx.
