anyone know how can I find the tutorial in game?

still can't find it after cleared the scenario mode once

As far as I can tell the only thing resembling a tutorial are the challenge mode combos for each character. You can access these in the training mode menu, page 3. It's not great, but it shows you some basics!

I was wondering about the tutorial also. I want to get the "Ebullience!" achievement that says "Watched the tutorial movie and won against CPU." Where is this tutorial movie? I'm currently seraching the net.

If anything, you'll probably wanna look up some primer videos on Youtube. Even though this video is for Shin Koihime Musou: Otome Taisen Sangokushi Engi, the mechanics still apply to Koihime Enbu:
