I can't get the forge a rare rune and epic rune achievement

I have crafted them multiple times now

The achevements for rare rune, epic rune, rare rune III and epic rune III are all bugged and can't be obtained (at least i don't know how to). It's a problem since many years and the devs aren't showing any interest in solving this issue
