Cheats, mod menus, trainers or whatever like it

I'm looking for any kind of mod menu or console where I can spawn in items. I feel like a lot of games need this and some of my favorite games come from cheating in the high level items to screw around with. It seems like there's a big anti-cheat on the game which is strange because it's singleplayer.

Let me know if it's hopeless.
