Steam or Switch version? :)

Hey everyone :)

I'm just noticed the game in the Switch eShop and looked it up on steam. We are doing a lot of Multiplayer via Steamlink and via the Nintendo Switch too. Thats why I'm not sure which version to get. Is there something I should know about this game?

1.) Does the switch version contain all the content / features the steam version has?

2.) Will the switch version get future updates at the same time the steam version does?

3.) I don't have an Nintendo online subscription, would I miss important features of the switch version like this?

I'll try to tell you what I know, mostly gathered from the official discord ( https://discord.gg/deadpan ):

1.) Yes, the base game is essentially the same. I don't think the Arena Mode DLC is available on Switch though. There are no leaderboards for daily runs on Switch but therefore you can play them offline.

2.) Patches on Switch are delayed by up to 20 days, since Nintendo needs to approve of them first.

3.) The only online part of the game is leaderboards, so you won't miss out on much I suppose.

Since you mentioned multiplayer, there is an unofficial online multiplayer mod in development and already playable, which won't be available on Switch. You can get a steam key on the deadpan discord.

I installed the game and I just saw it in the menus
