Resetting Game Progress?

I guess this is for all games but I never really wanted to restart progress on a game before so I never thought to ask. I played Caveblazers for a while on my own to see if it would be a fun game to play with my brother, but I played a bit longer than I meant to and progressed too much, since I wanted my brother and I to basically start from the beginning. And I have cleared progress on other games before but I'm pretty sure it was a lot easier and kept everything in steam. But when I tried to delete my progress for Caveblazers it opened up my files and I'm afraid to mess with that stuff unless I know exactly what I need to do. (Also I tried uninstalling it)

Have you seen the cyan runes at the entrace? These show your progress, there's also a button that deletes all possible progress too. (I believe even the short introduction returns)

Go to the progress screen (platform above the outfitter) and select reset.
