Ten Hammers is the sequal to the original FSW. There's a few differences in terms of gameplay mechanics, as follows:
- Teams can be split up into "buddie teams"
- Some single player missions allow you to command the Bradley APC (and other vehicles/weapons)
- Air support in some missions
- You can actually aim ("precision aim" so called) a soldiers weapon to shoot enemies behind cover.
- The AI is MUCH more intellegent and generally more improvised. Enemies will actually move to flank you (depending on difficulty it seems) and will react more aggressively. Whereas the originals AI is typically more scripted.

I think Ten Hammers has more enjoyable (fustraiting?) gameplay compared to the first, in my opinion. The AI and generally more realistic mechanics make the game a lot more replayable. Though, I think the missions in FSW are more well rounded and polished, than Ten Hammers. Just my 2c.
