Does the Steam version works ok on windows 10?

I own this game on CD and tried to play it but it just wont start as it gets stuck on a black screen once i try to start so is it playable?

Hello everyone.

I have a question are you running it with Win 10 Pro or home? I was about to uninstall the game because I couldn't run it on Win 7. Before uninstalling I made one last attempt to run it with WIN 10 Pro. To my total surprise I was able to run it. Does the game run on both versions Win 10 Pro and home?

Thanks for your reply, I'm running Pro too. I assume it'll work on 10 home as well but I can't verify this on my own. I was about to uninstall it from my computer because I couldn't run it on Win 7 but I tried one more time after upgrading to ten before actually removing the game from my computer, To my surprise I could run it without problems. Incredible.

On Windows 10 Home, I got a black screen.

I fixed it using dgVoodoo and copying the contents of the MS/x86 folder into the Full Spectrum Warrior folder. This also allows you to run in a resolution of your choice including widescreen.

OMG thank you! This was the only fix that worked for me to get it running on Win10. Cheers!
