Sorry for so many questions, we're just baffled because we haven't seen anyone else with an issue like yours nor what might be causing it.
@lenqwjwn: You've gotta open the app bundle and put it in there. Right click the application and say "show package contents," and then drop the file in there where the game is.
EDIT: I activated the Adult Content opions in the settings and I am still not seeing a change in the scenes. I thought the soultion fixed it since I did had it off but spoke too soon. I think you guys need to fix the patch itself.
