Where can we get the 18+ patch?

And do I have to swap some data between the original files and the 18+patch?

No swapping required, just drop that file into the folder and say "yes" to anything it wants you to overwrite.

Just got Highway Blossoms from Humble Bundle. The game seems pretty interesting. It will be the first game of the bundle I start playing

It depends on where the game is installed.
For my computer, I pasted the patch at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Highway Blossoms\game".
Note that adding the 18+ patch is likely to break any prexisting saves according to http://highwayblossoms.com.

I will admit, I didn't expect the game to take it that far. I was just happy to have some cute shyness scenes. That said, definately not going to pass up on the remaining files, thanks OP & Josh!
