Decided to finally continue the game, get Renpy rollback errors

i choose load file, and soon as i do, i get a screen that shows me an error log, which is posted at the end of this post

i think maybe my save is too old? is there any way to recover this? or go back to an old update? save's from september.
i've got 7 ish hours on it and don't really feel like going through that again, with or without skips

Exception: Couldn't find a place to stop rolling back. Perhaps the script changed in an incompatible way?

I got the exact same problem, but I however managed to complete the game before the update so I don't HAVE to load the file. Yay me...

But to load an older update I do not know, sorry.

The devs said with the new update any older saves redeemed useless and not usable.
