18+ Patch Installation Guide
Could somebody please explain how to install the 18+ patch to someone who's really really stupid (me. it's me.)?

click on the dlc and download. lol

Anyone care to say anything actually helpful?

To elaborate, I have downloaded the patch, and tried to place it into what I thought was the appropriate file, but since there is still no option in the preferences screen to enable or disable adult content, presumably it hasn't worked.
All I was looking for was something like a rough step-by-step guide.

You prob got around it by now, but the guy answered you, just get the DLC on the STORE PAGE

dowloaded the dlc but it still skipped the scene after the thermometer???
is this broken? im i missing something?

i dont see anything anywhere about enabling the 18+ scenes in the prefs, and i started a new "game" and everything. neither scene appears to be there even with the dlc downloaded. what gives?!?

nm. apparently i had to restart steam or something, not just start a new game. works now.
