Bugged Achievements?

I've completed the game and collected (almost) everything, but there seem to be some bugs keeping me from getting all the achievements. In particular, I wasn't awarded Fossilized, Drained Batteries, or Empty Batteries, despite meeting what I think are the conditions for these.

A few other notes: there's an unobtainable resource on level 8 (above and to the right of the exit); drilling left or right while on an unstable block that disappears can cause the player to get stuck floating partway in the resulting hole; quitting to the menu after expending supplies on a level causes them to be permanently removed from inventory, requiring save hacking to restore; dropping dynamite on unstable blocks can trigger weird explosions; I had to switch to Spanish to have my Great Listener achievement recognized; there aren't enough resources to buy all the upgrades (about 11 short); I'm not sure it's actually possible to beat a Molegra.
