Amulets in Modern Ruins

I can't find the amulets in Modern Ruins (Level 3). Are they hidden in blocks? If so, where because I think I've cleared out all the accessible blocks and haven't found the amulets yet.

Steam and this game

Hi, I don't own this game and don't intent to, not my style. But ... 1. I find abnormal that a single negative review makes it appears as a bad game on the Steam novelty shop. 2. The developer should be in his own forum and post a few things, to enliven it. Clearly he releases a game and ... ? go to vacation? Steam is a strange world....
