[FEATURE] MP4/MKV Chapters Navigation

Some video file container formats have the ability to hold embedded chapter information. This is rarely seen in MP4 files, but is common is MKV files containing video ripped from BluRay.

Personally, I manually add chapters to many MP4 and MKV video files, to make finding my favorite parts easier. Here are the tools I use for each format:

Drax[www.videohelp.com] is an editor for various MP4 tags, including chapters.

MKVToolNix[mkvtoolnix.download] is an all-in-one suite for dealing with Matroska files, including a chapters editor.

Many fully-featured multimedia players support navigating these chapters, including VLC and MPC-HC. It would be very nice if Whirligig could, too!

I've got some sort of feature that allows you to set chapters but it doesn't use the meta tags and unless you know about it it's pretty useless. It would be good to get the chapter information from the meta data. I currently use the video plugin AVPro for Unity. They currently don't have meta tag info reader but they are working on a new version of the plugin so I'll mention this and see if they have any ideas about it.
