How to recharge balens or VIP

Is anyone know how to recharge in wartune steam or have recharge VIP? nothing is working for me after so many clicking the recharge button or VIP.

I've tried everything actually, still having same problem. Idk if the problem is from steam itself or not. i wonder if other players that play from steam are having the same problem or not. i tried to play not from steam and it worked out fine, too bad we can not transfer acc from steam to another platform.
