Report a translation problem
right click on desktop screen. Go to display settings. find display resolution and click on 1920 by 1080 and click enter. Dawn 2 now works for me. I have to switch back to my recommended resolution when I am done playing.
Hope this might help someone else.
So what you can do is to assemble a PC from older parts, after Windows 10 ends, soon they will be eveywere on the market so you can take them for pennies.
Install a Win 7 on this older build, download the game from Steam to your main gamer PC, and move the files to the older PC, there is an option in Steam to backup the files.
