More games like this?
I love games like this, like Nine parchment (in terms of style) and Divinity Original Sin 2. Why do I love them? Because my wife love to play them or to play them with me (she HATES first person shooter, too fast action pace etc...).

Are there more games like this? I saw steam recommending me Final Fantasy games but I don't know the series at all!

Thanks for the answers!

Really depends . Do you mind anime games and or jrpgs.Or would you prefer a game thats more western like this one? Or are you just looking for something with just turn-based combat. Or would you prefer something wiht abit more story and plot to follow while playing?

THere is quite a bit of games i can reccomend but it would help to be a bit more specific XD.

As for final fantasy if your wife doesnt like fast paced combat then you should probably avoid FFXV. Go for the turn based ones instead from either FF7 till FF12 . It should be mentioned that these games being standard jrpgs are quite heavy on the story and would usually take an average of 40-60 hours to complete them.
I don't mind any kind of game. As long as there is turn-based, in 3D. Good stories and customizations are a real plus! Co-op too.

Cool looks like most of my reccomendations will be jrpgs then with some western RPGs and Strategy games with a turn-based system.

Since you were already reccomended a Final Fantasy game i think X and X-2 would be agood one to start with imo it has a pretty linear storyline and gameplay is turn-based. Same also applies to WOFF though this one has a kinda crossover thing with all the other series and also feature chibi characters and a pokemon like monster capturing and evolving system.

THe atelier series is good as a relaxing RPG to play with a very deep crafting system and enjoyable music.THe story is very slice-of life kinda stuff since and doesnt really feature a big bad that moves the plot and they usually appear in the middle of the story or near the end. Instead Its basically just the main characters living their daily life and trying to improve their alchemy skills. You can customize in-game ost using soundtracks from previous games in the franchises and their music are generally very good for a niche rpg series. ( i cant't really reccomend atelier Firis despite being aa fan of the franchise for some of my issues with its open world mechanic.) THe turn-based combat is pretty standard tho theres more emphasis on using items you crafted and equipments you made to get through combat as leveling gives really small boosts in stats by comparison. As standard everyone has their own special skills of course and more are usually unlocked the farther in the story you go. Like combination attacks and ultimates.

The trails series are imo one of the best niche JRPG series with its worldbuilding,characters/side-characters and lore. To get the full story i'd also suggest the Trails in the Sky trilogy as its also connected to these games but you can still start the series with these 2 without it ruining too many things in the 1st trilogy. THe turn-based gombat in this one is very fun to play and mess-around with you get to use arts for magic attacks and crafts for specific character skills which each character also having an ultimate (called S-craft) of their own and usually each wil have more than one in the sequel. Warning though. THis game series is a slowburn and very plot and story heavy with the average playthroughs usually being an upwards of 60+ hours each game and if you feel there are plotholes and unfinished developtments dont worry since Trails of Cold Steel is n fact a quadrilogy and the following 2 games will come to PC eventually to finish the story.

If you and you're wife dont mind something thats on the weeb side of things this is actually a pretty fun RPG. THo thats apretty biased opinion on my part hehe >.<

http://store.steampowered.com/app/200510/XCOM_Enemy_Unknown/

http://store.steampowered.com/app/268500/XCOM_2/

Both of these are in fact strategy games with tunr-based squad battle. YOu control a squad of expendable soldiers to fight aliens. THats essentially the plot of the game . Both are also very fun and since you can rename and customise ALL your soldiers have a go at it . X-com 2 has a lot more custimzable options and of course tons of mods that makes it possible to make any kinds of soldier that you want. Warning both of these games are pretty hard and rage inducing if both of you can't handle it when things go south. RNG can screw you over if you dont hav e a backup plan during a firefight :)

Shadowrun is a western RPG which i really like for its turn-based combat . Its actually been awhile since i've played them but i still rmember them fondly and as is standard in most crpgs you create your own character and can have party members as you go through the story.

Sorry since i mostly play solo games there aren;t any co-op games that i could reccomend myself

PS: If you're not limited to PC and also have consoles like the PS3/PS4 there are quite afew more reccomendations that i could make XD.

here are some (J)RPG that i like (all turn based)

if you want some magic and read a fairy tale book, here is Child of light

http://store.steampowered.com/app/256290/Child_of_Light/

If you're not afraid of old graphic, take a look at Final Fantasy VII, one of the best game in the series

http://store.steampowered.com/app/39140/FINAL_FANTASY_VII/

You also have Final Fantasy IX which is really good too and with better graphic, it's a good start to get into the series

http://store.steampowered.com/app/377840/FINAL_FANTASY_IX/

Again, if old graphics isn't bothering you, Grandia II is a really good RPG

And if you want a more Difficult (and unfair) turn based RPG (with rogue like elements) take a look at Darkest Dungeon

Sry the only jrpg i know of that feature a co-op for combat is the Tales series . And they don't use turn based battle system and instead are more action combat each time you encounter an enemy.

Yeah, I don't really like the mini game "Go clean the dishes" though.

I feel like your wife likes RPGs. I strongly recommend Dragon Age: Origins, the Final Fantasy series (start with VI or VII since those are the best in the series), the XCOM series (reboot series is better for beginners with Enemy Unknown), Fallout 1 and 2, Disgaea, The Baldur's Gate series, the Tales series (Tales of Symphonia and Tales of Zesteria are good), Planescape Torment, Star Ocean 4, Arcanum and Valkyria Chronicles.

If I had to narrow it down to my top 3 of the above, I'd say Fallout 2, Final Fantasy VI and Planescape: Torment.

I'd also recommend the Front Mission and Xenosaga games but those aren't on Steam. We should bug Square-Enix and Bandai-Namco until they release those on Steam.

If you want a co-op RPG you might look at Divinity: Original Sin.
