Is there a sequel in route?
Enjoyed the game, and it left me wanting more. Is there a sequel en route?

No real sequel.

The successor to this game is coming in early 2021, Ruined King: A League of Legends Story developed by the same studio Airship Syndicate that made Battle Chasers: Nightwar

Ruined King will be a turn based rpg that takes place in Runeterra (League of Legends universe)

6 playable characters, combat party size of 3.

Other LoL champions will appear through out the game.

Bilgewater and Shadow Ilse regions.

No romancing.

"We had a world map in Battle Chasers, we got rid of that," he added. "So you don't move around on little nodes, you're actually in the world exploring the environments, the characters are in the environments, all the NPCs you interact with. So it's a much more immersive experience, and that was important for us. We didn't feel like for League of Legends with as rich as and huge as the world is, that players would be content just walking around on a map. So all the exploration is really fleshed out."

Thanks, Vadorant, I've added that to my wishlist. I'm more of a DOTA2 lore guy (I enjoy watching The International every year), but that still looks interesting and something I'd actually play unlike LOL and Dota2.

Neat! Hadn't heard of this but this easily just jumped to the top of my hype list for 2021. Thanks.

Don't know why they putting this to the side, with a massive succes in kickstarter, this game deserve a sequel to finish up the story, pretty much hate when the ending lead to a sequel and we never get it.
