EDIT: tested just now. Answer is YES.
(use sting on target. Write down first damage tick ; sunder ; second and third bleed damage ticks will do more)
More precisely: vsPDmul >1 (and vsMDmul) will aply to piercing attacks enhancing their damage BUT vsPDmul and vsMDmul <1 (guard action/ gully and alumon's passives, etc WILL NOT)
2) OBVIOUS Max blue mana = Current Will * 10.
Less obvious characters have a hidden percent of maxRedMana over maxMana capacity (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1DGNi64s2li6234IhK1BpuuB67lEMfOmRIsFZvs5onio/edit#gid=431817009).
Increasing 'will' stat allows characters to 'store' more overcharge. You can then use that overcharge (garrison can use big chunks and knolan ... and still have some left at the end of combat for the various overcharge carry between battles perks to work with )
I'm sorry, I have absolutely no idea how to read any of that, apart from redmana probably meaning overcharge.
As for the rest, cheers.
