Ahh good suggestion, already completed however lol.
Thanks for the help!
These don't have anywhere near similar aesthetics, but they're turn-based combat jRPGs or inspired by jRPGs that maybe you've overlooked:
And if you still need to scratch that itch, there are like a dozen KEMCO jRPG mobile to Steam ports that are fairly cheap and fill the gap while waiting for newer better things to appear. Such as Asdivine Hearts, Alphadia Genesis, Antiquia Lost, Dragon Sinker, Revenant Saga, Fernz Gate, Chronus Arc, Revenant Dogma (a loosely connected sequel to Revenant Saga), and the coming soon Asdivine Hearts II.

Haven't you got like all the games haha
The only one I was going to say take a look at which you haven't got is Slay the Spire, which is a rogue-like "card" game with the turn based combat. The graphics are quite charming. It is still in Early Access I believe but might be worth keeping an eye on anyway or watching some game-play. I'm not sure there's much of a story to it though.. at least.
Basically you choose are rather linear route from point to point from the bottom to the top of the "map" - similar to Faster Than Light - and there will either be a fight, event, or shop / place to rest something like that at each one. Cards are collected along the way which are drawn randomly and as far as I understand new cards discovered will be in your deck for the next run as well. Hence the rougue-like
