I'm assuming the game doesn't use VAC so my account won't be hurt if I use cheat engine to speed the fights up?
I’ve heard a number of people on these forums say they used Cheat engine with no problem at all to speed through slower parts of the game. We did not implement VAC; you should be fine.
This has to be a joke right? It's the one thing making older JRPG's a slog to get through and I can't believe it's still a thing with some games.
Thanks OP for saving me some cash
But I did and i am enjoying it so far. I am at 12 hours or so, and i don't think i can go past around 25 hours if i haven't beaten it by then, since already the slow combat (especially trash mobs like bats, etc, massive waste of time with zero challenge) is getting very repetitive.
The game is solid quality, i can't believe something so important has been overlooked.
It's funny how a simple detail like this can almost ruin a great game totally. It's like owning a ferrari with square tires.
